The Science Roadshow

On the 26th of March the year 7&8 classes went to the Science Roadshow, MNC, DHT and MNL went together and SWL and EER. We went over after interval, there were older OC students helping out. Two men started off the show by talking about atoms and then younger schools came. the second show was by the same guys and they were experimenting this time they made elephant toothpaste, disapearing coloured water and an explosion out of powder and and some gases. then they let us roam around the exhibit !!

One of the things we looked at was the shadow capture, me and nova went in and she took a photo and we could see our shadow on the wall. The other one was the bed of nails!!! you lie on a bed of nails where the nails are the sharp side up and the girl said it wouldn't hurt, it really hurt!!! 

The end show was very good Kendall and Shane talked to us about motion. she did some very cool tricks like the one where you can pull the table sheet off with out moving the table wear. also the one wear you the cup doesn't fall or spill while spinning the plate round and round.

overall the show was very good and I would them to come back again. It was very entertaining and I think alot of people enjoyed it.
