This is my letter to the council about some windmills that are going to be put up next door
Dear Council,
My name is Lily O’Rourke, I live down the road from your property and I am very concerned about you putting windmills up in front of our beautiful view, I will not let you do this and here is why!
Firstly our view means more than words, we have lived here for over 7 years and I’m not going to let you ruin it today because you want to make some money. The magnificent view was the reason we moved here and I’m not planning to move any sooner, this place is going from beautiful to unattractive with these ugly structures.
I already have a stressful job and I need a good night sleep! These outrageous and rowdy structures aren’t going to help anyone. Imagine all the complaints you will get from people having insomnia and not been able to get their kids to sleep.
We aren’t the only people getting hurt what about our environment such as animals plants and many more. Are you trying to hurt our beautiful creatures or destroy our lovely environment because I believe that it won’t get you very far in life. In fact windmills are usually put on hills far far away from houses and not close to animals such as sheep, cows and pigs.
This is a serious letter don't just throw this in the bin really think about it. I am very disappointed that this is what it has come to! It will not just affect me but the whole community, houses will be hard to sell with these windmills around and people will be leaving this beautiful town.
Please consider this
Regards Lily
